Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address indicated in your Order Confirmation.
United States: After the order is successfully paid, we will complete the shipment within 2 business days. The products will be sent out from the warehouse in the United States, and the estimated delivery time is about 5-7 working days. If the items are out of stock at our US warehouse and need to be shipped from the China warehouse, the shipping time will be about 15 days.
European Union: After the order is successfully paid, we will complete the delivery within 2 business days. The products will be sent out from the warehouse in Europe, and the estimated delivery time is about 5-7 working days. If the items are out of stock at our EU warehouse and need to be shipped from the China warehouse, the shipping time will be about 15 days.
United Kingdom: After the order is successfully paid, we will complete the delivery within 2 business days. The products will be sent out from the warehouse in Europe, and the estimated delivery time is about 5-10 working days. If the items are out of stock at our EU warehouse and need to be shipped from the China warehouse, the shipping time will be about 15 days.
Remaining countries: After the order is successfully paid, we will complete the shipment within 2 business days. The products will be sent out from the warehouse in China, and the estimated delivery time is about 10-20 working days.
If you would like to cancel an order, return a product, or initiate a warranty claim, please contact us first and send an email to our after-sales team customer@mardingtop.com to obtain the corresponding return address. After confirming the receipt of the returned goods, the refund will be returned to your account in the same way.
Cancellations or amendments cannot be applied to your order once it has been placed.
