REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be unused and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging retained.

To request a return, please email customer@mardingtop.com with your order number and reason for return. Include product photos if necessary. Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping the item back.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

For confirmed product quality issues, Mardingtop covers return or exchange shipping costs. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
